Vivacious Consultants, Inc. (VCI) is a Liberian-owned management consultancy firm established in April 2014 as a legacy initiative by beneficiaries of the USAID Civil Society & Media Leadership (CSML) program, implemented by IREX. We are the for-profit arm of Integrated Development Solutions (iDev), and we channel our earnings toward civic education, youth development, women’s empowerment, and community mobilization.

With a commitment to driving open governance, inclusive participation, and sustainable development, VCI leverages local talent and technical expertise to support transformative change across sectors. Our head office in Palm City Community, Township of Louisiana, includes state-of-the-art training facilities and multimedia content production studios.
